Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping our marketing engine running – You’ll manage and optimise CRM, marketing automation, and reporting systems to ensure everything works seamlessly.
  • Supporting the client services team – Helping our strategists, account managers, and designers execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Owning marketing automation – Setting up, testing, and refining email workflows, landing pages, and nurture sequences using Pardot, Salesforce, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
  • Taming the data beast – Ensuring clean, structured data across CRMs and marketing platforms, so reports are accurate and insightful.
  • Creating dashboards & reports – Providing real-time insights to show how campaigns are performing and where we can improve.
  • Fixing broken things – If something isn’t working, you diagnose it, fix it, and make it better.
  • Making things more efficient – Constantly looking for better ways to automate tasks, improve workflows, and save time.
  • Training & troubleshooting – Helping the wider team understand how to use CRM & MarTech tools effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing tech guru – You’re comfortable working with Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation platforms.
  • Data-driven problem solver – You enjoy diving into the numbers, fixing inefficiencies, and making marketing smarter.
  • Multi-tasking master – You can juggle multiple projects, manage competing priorities, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Process-improvement mindset – You love streamlining workflows, automating manual tasks, and making life easier for the team.
  • Comfortable working with creative & client teams – You get that marketing isn’t just about data—it’s about making campaigns work better.
  • Based within a 1-hour commute of Woking, Surrey – for occasional in-person team meetings.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
