Marketing Manager – TV Broadcasting Technology - Remote

Salary c£50k-£55k Basic + Benefits

This is a Remote Working role (with time-to-time visits to the London office, so ideally you will live in South-East England or within easy travelling distance to London).

There will be some international travel to exhibitions and conferences.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and shape the strategic direction of TV/Broadcasting technology provider by improving their branding and marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for an individual who excels in crafting impactful marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional communication, and analysing market trends to position the company competitively within the broadcasting industry.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a small senior management team in a remote working environment. You will be required to come into the small London office every so often, so ideally you will live in the SE of England or within easy travelling distance of London. There will be some international travel to conferences and exhibitions from time to time.

Key skills

  • Solid, all round B2B marketing skills across brand marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, design and content / copywriting
  • Self-sufficient, able to work autonomously in a remote working environment
  • Experience in broadcasting, media, TV, telecoms / digital communications, software / SaaS would be hugely beneficial
  • Experience in Website improvements, SEO, CMS, user-experience design
  • Re-branding project experience
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Events marketing would be beneficial
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise with key stakeholders remotely and internationally

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CMO to design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer needs to tailor marketing efforts and ensure they are relevant.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to establish a unified approach to cross-department communication.
  • Improvements to the company website, refreshing the design and user experience
  • Manage social media platforms, corporate communications, and branding to ensure a strong and consistent public image.
  • Lead the creation and execution of compelling company messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist the CMO in developing, agreeing, and monitoring the quarterly and annual marketing budget.
  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise strategies for future initiatives.
