Job Description

About us

We are a fast-growing team on a mission to reimagine the analytical workflow and make data accessible to all.

The Count canvas combines the power of a data notebook with the collaborative workflow of digital whiteboards. We’re often referred to as the “Figma for data” because of the way Count transforms the way data teams work and communicate with the wider business through greater transparency and trust.

We launched in September 2022 and have seen the canvas concept explode with over 28k canvases created to date and some of Europe’s best startups such as Cleo, BeautyPie, TooGoodToGo and Omnipresent join us as customers.

We’re now looking for passionate, creative people to help us shape the direction of the business and help us grow!

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an innovative and data-driven GTM practitioner to lead and scale our demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. Our small, but mighty marketing team have delivered some pretty respectable outcomes to date and we’re now looking for a seasoned expert who loves early-stage startups to take us to the next level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing targeted ABM campaigns: Create and implement targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage and convert target accounts in key geographies.

  • Lead acquisition: Collaborate with our Head of Content to produce campaigns that build and maintain a robust pipeline through events and webinars, LinkedIn, email, conferences and other channels.

  • Nurture campaigns: Support marketing efforts by developing personalised nurture campaigns which move accounts through the funnel leveraging segmentation and tailored messaging at each stage.

  • Campaign optimization: Track and measure campaign performance to improve conversion rates.

  • Build a scalable ABM program: Create a replicable ABM framework that can extend into new verticals. Work with our GTM engineers to find ways to improve efficiency and scale.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 4-6 years of experience in GTM roles at B2B SaaS startups, ideally with a focus on outbound and ABM strategies, developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills (SQL ideally) and experience building best in class GTM tooling.

  • Have a bias for action and enjoy the fast-paced startup environment.

  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and best practices.

  • A natural team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.

Our interview process will cover:

  • An initial conversation so you can ask any questions you have about Count and we can learn more about your experience and interests

  • A working session with our CRO and Chief of Staff

  • A final meeting with our founders & wider team

The working session and final meeting will take place either virtually or in London, depending on where you're based.

During the first two months, you can expect to undergo a comprehensive training program to familiarize yourself with the  Count platform, how we manage and build our product, and meet some of our customers.
