Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager with experience in HubSpot to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement. While extensive HubSpot expertise is not mandatory, familiarity with its tools and functionality will be important for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Manage paid and organic digital initiatives, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor trends, optimize performance, and innovate with the latest marketing technologies.
- HubSpot Utilization:
- Use HubSpot’s tools for managing email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Ensure proper data segmentation and use HubSpot CRM to support marketing efforts.
- Generate reports and track campaign performance using HubSpot analytics.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure campaigns are engaging and consistent with the brand voice.
- SEO and Content Marketing:
- Optimize website content and campaigns for search engine visibility and performance.
- Work closely with the content team to create high-quality blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting.
- Provide actionable insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized projects when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot marketing and CRM tools.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and marketing automation.
