Salary Range: $3,500 - $5,000 monthly USD (based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Ads Account Manager to lead our client management and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies/implementation. This role is perfect for a full-stack marketer with a robust background in advertising, a flair for creative direction, and a personable approach to client relationships. Due to industry-specific needs, we're looking for someone who has experience growing e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with client objectives and Wayfinder's goals.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of ad campaigns, including creative direction, copywriting, and the integration of innovative marketing tactics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and drive continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic pivots to enhance effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role with a focus on digital advertising and client management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various advertising platforms and experience in managing substantial advertising budgets.
  • Strong creative intuition with demonstrated ability in creative direction and copywriting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while also diving into details when necessary.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus, but not required.
