What is this role about?

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven CRM Manager to join our marketing team and lead our customer relationship management strategy. This role is crucial in driving user activation, engagement, and retention through automated and data-driven multichannel campaigns. You will take ownership of CRM initiatives, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to create personalized and effective customer communications that enhance the investor experience and encourage repeat business.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute a multichannel CRM strategy focused on automation to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize one-off and recurring campaigns, including briefing design and content, implementation, and performance reporting.
  • Drive customer retention initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve the investor experience.
  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies based on user behaviors and preferences.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to enhance the customer experience using a data-driven approach.

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Over 4 years of experience in CRM, retention, or email marketing in B2C companies, ideally in SaaS or Fintech.
  • Technical expertise in CRM platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Iterable, with strong skills in workflow automation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data insights to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, working with developers, designers, analysts, and content teams.
  • Proficiency in remarketing platforms such as Meta, Google, Criteo, or Taboola is a plus.
  • A proactive and operational mindset, with a passion for executing and improving CRM strategies.
