Our AI-driven coaching technology adapts to each user’s unique needs, delivering intelligent, data-backed recommendations to guide them on their fitness journey.
We are seeking a results-driven Director of Product Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for iFIT’s digital offerings, with a primary focus on the iFIT app subscription and our groundbreaking AI Coach product. This remote role will sit within the Marketing team and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Direct-to-Consumer, and Subscriptions teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, refining product positioning, and driving awareness and adoption of our cutting-edge digital fitness solutions.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Drive Subscription Growth - Lead a full-funnel marketing campaign to increase iFIT app subscriptions by 10% in year one.
- Increase adoption of AI Coach - Establish iFIT’s AI Coach as the premier intelligent fitness companion, ensuring a compelling market entry with widespread media and consumer attention.
- Enhance Market Positioning - Strengthen iFIT’s presence in the digital fitness space, reinforcing its leadership in hybrid and holistic fitness solutions.
- Optimize Go-to-Market Strategy - Streamline product launch execution by improving asset deliverables, prioritizing SKUs, and enhancing internal collaboration to accelerate time to market.
- Increase Brand Awareness - Improve unaided brand awareness of iFIT through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and innovative storytelling.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategy for iFIT’s subscription products, including AI Coach, with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of the iFIT app, utilizing digital marketing, paid media, PR, partnerships, and influencer marketing.
- Refine product positioning and messaging to clearly communicate the unique value of AI Coach and the iFIT app subscription.
- Collaborate with Product and Consumer Insights teams to understand user needs, optimize customer journeys, and influence product development.
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve subscription conversion rates, optimize retention strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
- Expand iFIT’s presence in key international markets, ensuring regional relevance in product marketing efforts.
- Manage a high-performing team to execute marketing initiatives, prioritize key projects, and drive measurable business impact.
