We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can tell our story and help people understand how AI can make hiring better. You'll be responsible for creating content that connects with our audience and shows why our approach matters.

What You'll Do

• Build a content strategy that helps people understand our platform
• Create interesting content like blog posts, articles, case studies and videos
• Break down complex AI and hiring technologies into stories people can understand
• Manage our content calendar and make sure we're consistently sharing valuable information
• Work with our product, sales, and marketing teams to highlight what makes us unique
• Track how our content performs and keep improving
• Help establish our voice as experts in AI recruitment
• Share our content across different platforms and channels

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of content marketing experience, ideally in tech or HR/Recruitment
• A strong ability to write stories that people want to read
• Experience in making technical topics interesting and accessible
• Skills in understanding how content can drive business growth

• Understanding of how to optimize content for search and engagement
• Ability to use data to improve content strategy
• Comfortable explaining AI and machine learning concepts
