Market Overview
The cross-border e-commerce market is projected to grow from $780 billion in 2019 to $4.82 trillion by 2026, a 6.2x expansion (CAGR of approximately 30%).
In this rapidly expanding market, our company is leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to achieve a GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) target of 1 trillion yen.
To drive this vision, we are looking for a Marketing Manager for the Greater China Region who will lead the marketing and advertising efforts for our newly launched cross-border e-commerce business. This role will be a key driver in establishing e-commerce as a core pillar of our company's growth.
Job Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager for the Greater China Region (primarily Hong Kong & Taiwan), you will be responsible for the following:
1. E-Commerce Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies for the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insight gathering.
- Define target customers and optimize marketing initiatives accordingly.
2. Digital Marketing Management
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies.
- Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns.
- Plan and operate email marketing campaigns.
- Create and implement content marketing strategies.
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Set and manage KPIs.
- Develop improvement strategies based on data analysis.
- Conduct ROI analysis & reporting.
- Run A/B testing and validate outcomes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on the Greater China market (Hong Kong & Taiwan).
Preferred Skill
- Experience in launching and scaling IT-related products/services.
- Experience or knowledge in e-commerce operations.
