Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Social Media Marketing Manager to elevate our presence within the B2B realm, specifically in the SAP solutions sector. This role calls for an individual who excels in developing dynamic social media strategies that enhance engagement, amplify brand recognition, and generate leads in a professional services context. This position is hybrid, requiring on-site attendance in Lisle, IL, four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a robust B2B social media strategy tailored to the SAP ecosystem, focusing on key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Oversee and enhance all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, ensuring they align with overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Produce, schedule, and evaluate captivating content (such as posts, videos, and articles) that boosts traffic, visibility, and lead generation.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance, audience engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights and regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing) to integrate social media initiatives into wider marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strategize and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to broaden content reach.
- Engage with audiences professionally and promptly on social media platforms.
Required Skills

Qualifications
