Marketing & Operations Manager (startup)

Vivian Lab is an female healthcare startup. We are redefining the way women receive access to health services. We design digital medicine programs for fertility, menopause, endometriosis, pregnancy and more areas. We are looking to hire our first Operations & Marketing Manager to support various areas of the business and help us grow. This is a full-time role, working remotely but must be based in Greece. The role has significant upside, but you need to be comfortable working in a startup, being very hands-on and flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our healthcare providers & doctors network. Arrange tutorials with them, plan online events, run activities to promote them, check their availability and plan various campaigns)
• Marketing strategy and execution (email campaigns, social media, newsletters, blog, etc)
• Manage daily operations on the website and platform (payments, appointments, etc)
• Set up processes to run the business more efficiently (implement tools, project management and more)
• Press & media campaigns

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills
• Degree in Marketing or Communications
• Experience in social media marketing
• Experience in web or e-commerce a plus
• Experience in a startup or technology sector a plus
• Experience in Sengrid and Google Analytics
• Experience & connections in healthcare a plus
• German knowledge is a plus
