The role
As a Senior Partnerships Manager for our brand new Æntidote program, you will have a unique opportunity to experiment with new business models built to utilize our network, knowhow and technology to grow other music catalogs via Creator Activations. Your role centers on recruiting and cultivating relationships with Ambassadors who align with our vision, while also designing a program to fulfill their needs.
Your key responsibilities include:
Lead the development of Æntidote activation program that meets the needs of our Customers (Labels and Artists), balancing their need to drive streams with our monetization on YouTube.
Overarching responsibility to ensure recruitment and building strong relationships with Ambassadors aligned with our vision. Including negotiating and meeting budget expectations, balancing reasonable ROI with creator initiatives and fees.
Contribute to developing a program that meets the ambassador needs (e.g. curation, bespoke music, non-monetary incentives, rev-share, etc.).
Collaborate with the Æntidote team to strategize and implement plans that address these needs, and the needs of the customers, to foster ambassador motivation and ensure long-term program engagement.
Coordinate and represent the Æntidote team at creator events when possible, while developing and establishing relationship-building activities within the community.
Meet and exceed an elevated sales target.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience from complex sales dynamics and new business development. Proven experience in successfully building strong relationships, as this is a key success factor for our program
Experience working in the creator space and / or music industry is essential.
Deep understanding of the commercial ecosystem around YT (e.g. music rights, MCNs, tool providers, etc)
