We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager Germany & Austria (m/f/d) to lead marketing strategies and campaigns within the assigned region. This role involves managing product launches, conducting market research, creating tailored marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support local sales efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute local marketing strategies and product launches in alignment with EMEA teams.
Manage pricing, value propositions, and sales forecasts to meet revenue and margin goals.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
Create and adapt marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content for local markets.
Organize local events, workshops, and educational programs to raise awareness and engage stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, scientific societies, and other external partners.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide necessary tools, training, and resources to ensure successful product promotion.
Track product performance, analyze feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and local market requirements.
Report regularly on launch progress, competitive analysis, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or medical devices.
Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and market dynamics.
Proven experience in managing product launches and executing marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions based on data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluency in English.
Additional Skills:
Project management expertise to lead product launches and ensure timely execution.
Adaptability and resilience with the ability to work independently or in teams.
