We are seeking a dynamic trade marketing coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies, drive partnership development efforts and foster strong relationships with partners.

Position Overview:

As the B2B Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by executing marketing strategies that engage and support our trade partners, including travel agents, tour operators, and other industry professionals. You will work closely with the sales team to create compelling marketing campaigns that align with our brand values and resonate with potential partners. Your efforts will help generate interest and demand for our expeditions, strengthen relationships within the trade network, and ensure our company is well-represented in the competitive travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Execute marketing plans tailored to trade partners (e.g., travel agencies, tour operators, B2B influencers) to promote our brand, product offerings, and unique selling points.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify key business opportunities and create targeted campaigns to generate leads, increase bookings, and build strong partner relationships.
  • Work with agencies and our global team to develop B2B marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, sales kits, presentations, email campaigns) that communicates our brand, offerings, and value proposition.
  • Trade Engagement:
  • Engage with key industry contacts, travel agents, and tour operators to increase awareness and adoption of our cruise offerings.
  • Organize and manage trade events such as webinars, trade shows, fam trips, and partner meetings to build relationships and promote our products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing trade partners, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively sell our cruises.
  • Content Development & Campaign Management:
  • Create and manage engaging content tailored for trade partners, including newsletters, email campaigns, social media posts, and product updates.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of B2B promotional materials that highlight our product offerings, seasonal campaigns, and special promotions.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns to ensure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Market Insights & Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for trade marketing initiatives and partner growth.
  • Provide regular reports on trade marketing performance, lead generation, partner engagement, and sales outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from trade partners to refine marketing approaches and improve the partner experience.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:
  • Ensure that all B2B marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s brand identity, tone, and values.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company within the trade and travel industry, positioning our product as the leading choice for luxury and expedition cruises.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B trade marketing, sales, or brand management within the travel or hospitality industry (preferably within cruises or luxury travel).

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for travel agents, tour operators, or other B2B partners.

  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and market dynamics, particularly in the cruise or expedition sector.

  • Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software, content management systems, social media).

  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas for trade partner engagement.

  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of expedition cruises and the unique value they offer.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications or postgraduate qualifications in marketing are a plus.
