As the Go Study Marketing Coordinator for the Australia region, you will be in charge of driving the Onshore Marketing actions in close collaboration with the Australia Country Manager and the Global Marketing Manager. You will be in touch with Australian State managers to coordinate local needs, manage expectations and drive local operations towards an efficient marketing plan.
You will coordinate the designing and delivering of engaging campaigns across various channels that generate new leads, engage existing communities, and support our sales team.
Your focus will be targeting international students and travellers in Australia, and you will support the marketing initiatives of our global marketing team. Our primary focus is engaging communities in Australia with European and Latin American backgrounds.
You will plan and create the digital marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution to maximise lead acquisition, engagement and customer retention opportunities in Australia. You will also support customer engagement strategies (digital and physical), and lifecycle nurturing.
Besides having a strategic approach to planning Digital Marketing activities, the role will have a hands-on focus on content creation to support the delivery of the campaigns - so multimedia, writing and Web dev skills are favourable.
This is a job for a marketing all-rounder, someone who can work across multiple platforms and enjoys finding new innovations. You will be supported by Graphic designers, social media experts and SEO/SEM specialists within the organization - but you will get hands-on in creative and setting up campaigns, workflows and initiatives.

KEY OBJECTIVES
- To build and manage the Digital marketing strategy and communications plan for the onshore customer base, promoting Go Study services and events in Australia.
- Drive local offices toward a unified and more efficient marketing planning and delivery
- Coordinate the different stakeholders involved in Onshore Marketing towards the delivery of timely and effective actions
- Directly manage the Onshore Event and Community Coordinator, and the Onshore Graphic Designer
- Manage the lead acquisition strategy for the onshore customer base from multiple lead gen sources
- Maximise conversion rates and engagement across our online platforms in Australia.
- Liaise with the Global SocialMedia Manager to tailor the Onshore social media strategy and calendar
- Liaise with the Go Study Lifecycle Manager to develop automated lead and customer nurturing actions and content to be delivered to leads and customers in Australia.
- Liaise with the Inbound Marketing Specialist to launch acquisition and remarketing campaigns on our onshore audiences
- To support physical events with digital strategies (pre and post-event engagement)
- Create content such as landing pages, e-books, EDMs, videos, and more
- Create reports and analysis of marketing campaign metrics and discuss them with relevant managers
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Native English or Advanced speaker (IELTS 7 or above)
- At least 4 years experience in managing Digital Marketing projects and teams
- Formal education in Marketing or related field
- Spanish, French, or Italian language skills preferred
- Experience in lead nurturing and CRM engagement strategy (HubSpot)
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing principles of community management, campaign management, lead nurturing, email marketing, and campaign creation.
- WordPress skills
- Advertising campaigns and panels experience
- Knowledge of automation marketing tools such as HubSpot
- Ability to create engaging content, according to the brand identity guidelines
- Proactive attitude, enthusiasm about exploring new trends, ability to operate with minimal direction at times
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
