We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven E-commerce/Digital Growth & Revenue Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of our digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth across all channels. You will have a deep understanding of B2C e-commerce and a proven track record of success in building high-performing websites and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Planning: Design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aimed at accelerating brand growth, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple e-commerce platforms. Leverage expertise in Digital Marketing, SEM, SEO, and E-commerce Strategy.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee, manage, and optimize campaigns across a variety of digital channels, including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI. Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Shopping Advertising is essential.
- Performance Analysis & Revenue Tracking: Analyze key marketing performance metrics and revenue data to identify growth opportunities, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions to continually optimize campaign performance. Experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and Data Studio is required.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams in product management, merchandising, and IT to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and provide insights that improve the customer experience. Previous experience in cross-functional team collaboration is a plus.
- Customer Insights & Market Research: Conduct thorough research into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning to refine strategies and stay ahead of market shifts. Utilize Target Audiences, Traffic Patterns, and Viral Marketing for effective campaigns.
- Content & Messaging Consistency: Lead content strategy and ensure that all messaging is consistent, on-brand, and engaging, supporting our revenue growth objectives. Knowledge of AB Testing, Conversion Optimization, and Campaign Optimization is essential.
- Budget Management: Allocate budgets efficiently for digital marketing efforts, prioritizing high-impact channels and initiatives to achieve maximum ROI. Experience with Budget Management for digital marketing spend ranging from small to large-scale budgets.
- Innovation & Trend Adaptation: Stay current with e-commerce marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively implementing new approaches to maintain a competitive edge. Familiarity with tools like SEMRUSH, Hootsuite, and BuzzSumo is valuable.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-focused environment. Experience in Team Handling, Leadership & Management, and Client Communications is crucial.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in growth-focused digital marketing roles, specifically within the e-commerce industry, with a strong record of driving revenue and customer engagement through multi-channel marketing.
- Client Experience: Experience working directly with US-based clients is required.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools such as MailChimp, Madmimi, and SendGrid.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and make strategic decisions based on revenue performance metrics and KPI analysis.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Optimization Experience: Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other techniques to enhance performance and achieve revenue goals.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker with a passion for developing fresh strategies and solving complex marketing challenges.
- Educational Background: MBA in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred, along with certifications in relevant digital marketing tools or methodologies. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Bing Advertising, and Adobe Analytics certifications are a plus.
