Job Overview:

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for graphic design? We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer on a contract basis- to join our innovative creative team. This role is ideal for a talented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Reporting to the Manager of Creative Design, the Senior Graphic Designer will play an integral role in producing impactful visuals that align with our brand guidelines and support strategic initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, and paid media projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative designs that meet high standards of excellence and align with organizational branding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to conceptualize and execute design projects from start to finish, including concept development, quality assurance, and implementation.
  • Serve as a resource for strategic design initiatives, transforming business requirements into impactful visuals.
  • Develop creative briefs and present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Propose innovative design solutions and work on complex projects that span paid media campaigns, event marketing, and more.
  • Exhibit strong ideation and conceptual skills while adhering to best practices and design processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply basic design principles effectively to ensure deliverables meet client needs.
  • Manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain consistent organizational practices related to file management and naming conventions.

  • A proven track record of successfully managing high-impact creative projects and thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-manage workflow and meet demanding project deadlines.
  • A link to a digital portfolio showcasing your best work is required.
