The Marketing team at Playrix is one of the strongest in the world, not only in the gaming field, but also in the performance marketing industry as a whole. We operate at an impressive volume – in 2023, we showed our videos more than 80 billion times.
We're looking for a 2D/3D Senior Motion Designer for creating trending creatives for our super popular game Gardenscapes. You'll get to work alongside talented specialists to bring your ideas to life.
Our creatives:
Tasks
Create high-quality videos in 2D/3D
Lead initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of video production
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
Interact with the marketing team to evaluate the success of videos and analyze global trends
Requirements
Portfolio of 3D/2D videos for games
Experience in creating videos yourself from scratch
Extensive experience working with composition, a sense of artistic taste, control of tempo-rhythm, sequence of actions, and viewer attention
Advanced proficiency in Blender, skills with other 3D tools
Advanced proficiency in Adobe tools – After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere
Experience with VFX (particle systems, physics, shaders) and creating simulations (liquids, bulk materials)
Ability to work with auxiliary programs, plugins, and scripts. The desire to optimize work with the help of such programs
The ability to work with references: search, adaptation, strengthening of key features/accents.
It will be a plus if you have experience working as a Lead and experience creating 2D/3D character animation
