About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Graphic Design to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, creating high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate our visual storytelling and enhance our marketing materials.

Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Graphic Design:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the creative design process, developing innovative concepts and visual solutions that meet marketing goals.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team members, content creators, and internal stakeholders to produce cohesive and effective designs across various channels. Also, partner with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed to execute high-quality creative projects.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Diversified brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media.
• Feedback and Revisions: Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Design Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to keep Diversified’s brand fresh and innovative while finding new ways to increase output with AI, automation and other tools.

Required Qualifications of the Senior Manager, Graphic Design:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, digital and print design, and multi-platform marketing campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and other relevant design tools such as Tiled.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment."

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Manager, Graphic Design:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Experience in B2B technology, media, or professional services industries is a plus."
