About The Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Blinkist, where you'll lead the charge in shaping the architecture of a platform that inspires millions to learn and grow. What You Will Do

• Take the lead on technical initiatives and make critical architectural decisions that shape our platform's future.

• Design and build scalable, high-performing solutions using TypeScript/JavaScript and Ruby.

• Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and contributing to a thriving engineering culture.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into elegant, practical technical solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement in our development practices, processes, and overall code quality.

What You Need To Have

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a proven track record.

• Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and hands-on experience with modern web frameworks.

• Strong experience in the Ruby/Rails ecosystem, including production-level development.

• A history of designing and delivering scalable applications and making sound architectural decisions.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

• Outstanding skills in technical communication and a passion for mentoring and empowering others.
