Fullstack Developer (React, Blazor, C#) – REF 104 – 08

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React, Blazor, and C#. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our educational platforms, ensuring they deliver exceptional user experiences and meet the needs of both educators and students. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you contribute to the development of intuitive, scalable, and secure solutions that align with our mission to support diverse learners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain the backend using C#, ensuring seamless integration with the frontend built in React and Blazor.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to gather requirements and implement technical solutions that align with the platform’s objectives.
• Build and maintain reusable components and libraries in both React and Blazor to streamline development and enhance user experience.
• Participate in the full SDLC, including code reviews, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain APIs to support new platform features and ensure compatibility with various client applications.
• Optimize the system for performance, scalability, and reliability, addressing both frontend and backend bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing code to meet evolving business requirements and improve maintainability.
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and browsers by following best practices and standards.
• Document technical solutions and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development, including frontend technologies like React and Blazor, and backend development using C# and .NET.
• Strong understanding of building responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React and Blazor, including component-based architecture and state management.
• Solid knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in Git and familiarity with CI/CD workflows to ensure smooth development and deployment processes.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently across both frontend and backend systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with SQL queries.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or ticketing systems is a plus (JIRA, Zendesk).
