About the role:
Avara is looking for a passionate and driven engineer to join us in developing innovative financial products for the future. As a key addition to our DeFi fullstack team, you'll take charge of our current web offerings and have the opportunity to shape the development, design, and launch of new products. Your role will focus on maintaining a seamless and superior user experience across various platforms, including protocol interfaces, governance, documentation portals and more.
How you can make an impact:

Develop comprehensive full-stack services that address essential product and business objectives

Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to transform requirements into web3 products

Engage in all stages of product development, from the initial concept discussions to the product launch

Ensure the production of high-quality and thoroughly tested code, while also conducting reviews of team members' code contributions.
Let's connect if:

3+ years of software engineering experience

Proficient in Typescript, Node, Golang, Rust, or similar for 3+ years

Developed and managed a large-scale production system

Self starter and motivated to stay at the forefront of software development/Web3 best practices and actively contribute to evolving our technology stack as we develop new systems and services
