Notte is a EU-based, fully remote company building cutting-edge systems that enable agents to interact with the internet through a browser. We develop infrastructure and tools that empower developers to build their own systems efficiently. We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our product.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with expertise in React, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS to help build and refine our platform. A strong background in web design and the ability to translate mockups and wireframes into precise implementations is highly preferred.

To ensure a good fit, we plan to start with a 3-month freelance contract (40 hours/week), with the potential for a full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Work closely with designers and backend engineers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
  • Ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect UI implementation.
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
  • (Preferred) Collaborate on design iterations and UX improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS (or similar styling frameworks).
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating with backend services.
  • Ability to translate Figma/wireframes into fully functional components.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and design sensibilities.
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with Python backend and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Located in Eastern Europe
  • Experience in both frontend development and web design.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
