We are now looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to play an important role in the growth journey of CRM marketing at Epidemic Sound. You’ll report to the CRM Lifecycle Manager.

Job Summary:

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CRM team's efforts to achieve key performance indicators and strategic goals. You will contribute to the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies, ensuring projects are implemented effectively to optimize internal processes, elevate business KPIs, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Basic project management; including planning, implementing, documenting, tracking, and analyzing the performance of email marketing journeys, campaigns, experiments, and one-off initiatives such as product updates, surveys, and engagement campaigns

  • Constantly improve and optimize existing journeys using data and A/B testing to ensure messaging, timing, and segmentation are relevant and as impactful as possible

  • Being the advocate of our customers by developing a deep understanding of our customer’s needs, challenges, and aspirations as content creators

  • Contribute to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes, and programs are achieved.

  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field.


Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of customer journeys and how to utilize CRM channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages.

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, including lead nurturing, sales enablement, and understanding the unique needs of B2B customers.

  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on working with data to track performance, optimize campaigns, and inform decision-making.

  • Familiarity with segmentation, messaging, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and relevance, with a particular emphasis on B2B customer journeys.

  • Ability to plan, implement, document, track, and analyze CRM initiatives and campaigns.

  • Ability to think commercially and identify opportunities to optimize metrics, enhance performance, and achieve business goals in both B2C and B2B contexts.

  • Understanding of CRM tools and email marketing platforms, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS being a plus.
