Job Description
Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Digital Marketing Content Creator who will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting our Client’'s employer brand through compelling digital content. This role involves creating engaging multimedia content across various platforms to attract and engage potential employees.
This is a remote 12-month contract. The candidate must be in the US and not hold an H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is $75 per hour. Benefits are available through Talent Table. There is no C2C.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including videos, graphics, and social media updates that highlight the Client's employer brand.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that showcase our Client company culture and employee experiences.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the Client’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X through strategic content planning and execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal communications, marketing, and creative teams to align content with overall employer branding strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and employer branding.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage content projects from concept through to execution and delivery.
Skills and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or a related role, preferably within employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Skills:
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Experience with video production and editing.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize content strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
