Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a Website Experience Manager to assume responsibility for the oversight of our Content Management System (CMS) and to serve as the primary liaison for all website-related inquiries. This role is designed for multifaceted professionals capable of seamlessly transitioning between content management, UX design, development, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our website effectively embodies our brand identity and fosters user engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Oversee and maintain the corporate website utilizing the Webflow CMS. 
  • Design and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates. 
  • Leverage expertise in HTML, CSS, and on occasion, JavaScript, to prototype innovative concepts within Webflow. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that website content remains current and aligned with organizational objectives. 
  • Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits, and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements. 
  • Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and implement best practices to enhance online visibility. 
  • Manage and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve website issues in a timely manner. 
  • Stay informed about emerging web technologies, industry trends, and Webflow enhancements, recommending and implementing new features as appropriate. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed to support specific website projects. 
  • Help to ensure that the website complies with legal requirements, including accessibility standards and data protection regulations. 
  • Provide training and support to internal teams regarding website management and content updates, as required. 
You Have:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or development. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing the complex CMS platform Webflow is required
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of UX design best practices. 
  • Advanced analytical skills to assess data, evaluate website performance, and recommend data-driven enhancements. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and engage with various stakeholders simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams and departments. 
  • Adaptability and a capacity to quickly acquire new technologies and platforms.
Nice to Have:  
  • Expert-level proficiency with Webflow. 
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence. 
  • Understanding of data privacy laws and marketing compliance best practices. 
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to automate tasks and workflows. 
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and webhooks. 
  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing platforms, such as GA4, GTM, GSC, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot etc. 
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices. 

Compensation 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $101,100 - $151,700, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
