Job Description

This is a unique full time role where you can work from home - anywhere you like! (Part time is also an option.)

Our client has a large B2C audience and needs a marketing generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The position is dedicated to the successful onboarding, education, satisfaction, and retention of customers. It primarily spans customer communications but may cover other areas as needed (e.g. product marketing, go to market, customer success, partnerships, project planning, etc.).

The successful candidate will work in a small marketing and communications team, so they must be a confident, hands-on generalist who can willingly and competently cover multiple aspects of marketing and communications, rather than a specialist who prefers to focus on one area only.

Above all, the successful candidate must be a detail-oriented, self-motivated problem solver who can work autonomously and think holistically across the business to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Mandatory requirements:

5 years of work experience

3 years of experience in customer communications

Experience using marketing automation software (e.g. Maropost, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and a content management system (e.g. WordPress) is essential

Experience creating how-to videos will be highly regarded

Very strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to:

  • Work effectively both in a team and with other teams
  • Work autonomously as a high-performing and self-motivated team member
  • Effectively juggle priorities and meet deadlines
  • Adapt and iterate quickly in a culture of continuous improvement
