Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

About the Role

Connecttly is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on turning ad budgets into measurable ROI. In this role, you’ll plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and conversion for our high-growth clients. You’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, and analysts in a results-first environment where your campaigns truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and creative iteration
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs
  • Work with creative and strategy teams to align messaging with funnel stages
  • Provide actionable insights and detailed performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with ad analytics/reporting tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Clear communication and a results-oriented approach

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in a marketing agency
  • Hands-on work with lead generation or B2B campaigns
  • Understanding of conversion optimization best practices
