The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives. This is a role on a full-time basis that involves generating leads, driving organic traffic, optimizing conversions, and ensuring measurable growth through hands-on execution and strategic oversight. We're looking to build out a sustainable sales pipeline and reach Founders globally.
You'll work closely with our CEO and help to refine our strategy, determine the most important outcomes, and activities that you’ll be responsible for, and update our team weekly during our hands-on Marketing meetings and our stand-ups.
You're hands-on in the lead for all our marketing activities and with your strong experience in building organic traffic you’ll get Founders interested to reach out and engage with us. We’re a remote-first company with a diverse team from Europe and South America so you’ll be working alone most of the time due to time differences. Proactive.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Generating Leads
- Develop and execute cold marketing strategies, including optimized profiles on platforms like UpWork.
- Plan and create targeted campaigns to attract high-value leads.
- Leverage content marketing, PR updates, and visual media to engage potential clients.
2. Increasing Organic Traffic (Inbound and Outbound)
- Create high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, and thought leadership articles.
- Optimize the Chainforce website for SEO and user experience to drive organic traffic.
- Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche forums.
3. Optimizing Website Conversions in the Marketing Funnel
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance performance and optimize for lead-to-sales conversions.
- Use A/B testing and data-driven strategies to maximize funnel efficiency.
4. Measuring and Improving Marketing Efforts
- Monitor marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine campaigns and strategies.
- Report on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion rates.
- Ensure all content, media, and messaging consistently reflect Chainforce’s mission and brand identity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working within a technical consultancy or the blockchain industry and a strong inclination and understanding of Blockchain, Crypto, and Web3 spaces.
- Verifiable experience driving measurable growth in traffic, engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- A results-oriented mindset focused on increasing visitors, signups, leads, and conversions.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of our marketing systems and processes.
- Professional workspace with workstation, large screen(s), high-quality webcam, and a headset with active noise canceling.
Skills
- Native English speaker + English C1/C2
- Speaking an additional language is considered a PLUS
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Outstanding writing skills.
- Strong (data) analytics using Spreadsheets or similar software.
- Highly Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, ClickUp, and Canva.
- Highly Proficient in tools such as Semrush, SeRanking, Hrefs, or similar tools.
