Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Project Manager to streamline processes and ensure the smooth execution of design projects. This role will oversee task allocation, resource planning, quality control, and adherence to brand guidelines, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of creative design projects. The ideal candidate will be structured, efficient, and proactive in managing workflows and maintaining design standards.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Project & Resource Management: Oversee task allocation and ensure designers are assigned projects efficiently. Manage timelines, ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines. Act as the bridge between designers and other teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative design projects.
• Process & SOP Management: Maintain and enforce SOPs related to file naming, version control, and asset organization. Implement and improve project tracking systems to enhance efficiency. Ensure seamless collaboration between designers and stakeholders by setting up structured workflows.
• Quality Control & Brand Consistency: Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and style guides. Provide feedback to designers to maintain high-quality standards. Work with the team to continuously improve creative outputs and processes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the point of contact for design project updates, prioritization, and issue resolution. Coordinate with marketing, product, and other departments to align design needs with business objectives. Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and progress updates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or a similar role in a design-focused team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and passion for ensuring high-quality creative output.
• Experience with project management tools
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of design processes, brand guidelines, and creative workflows.
