Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to Director, FPA.

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $75,540 and $95,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote or hybrid from our Tempe, AZ headquarters.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain recurring reporting including dashboards, monthly metrics, and board materials providing thoughtful, relevant, and insightful information for key decision-making.
• Develop and maintain metrics for accessing ACV and SaaS product performance and customer acquisition.
• Drive forecasting and annual budget plans for topline, providing ongoing analysis of actuals versus budget and forecast.
• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis in support of the company’s key business objectives and priorities.
• Support senior management team with special projects as needed.
• Other duties as required.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics and 2 years of financial analysis experience in a high-growth environment; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and learn new concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to work with large amounts of data and convey data and storylines.
• Effective communication at a detailed technical level, with the ability to present to the leadership team.
• Ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change.
• Experience using NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, or PowerBI is a plus, but not required.
