About the Job:

A global consumer products company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands is seeking an IT Recruiter to join its team. This organization operates across multiple industries, including beauty, health & wellness, and home essentials, delivering innovative products to millions of consumers worldwide.

Details:

• 3-6 month contract position with the potential for extension
• REMOTE (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX)
• 40 hrs/week
• Pay Rate: $35-40/hr

Responsibilities:

• Source top talent within required timelines through multiple channels, including job boards, search engines, social media, and professional networks.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle within Workday, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Identify and screen potential candidates based on qualifications, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
• Shortlist applicants by evaluating resumes, conducting background checks, and reviewing assessments.
• Track candidates and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Recruit for various roles beyond IT/Tech as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience using Workday for recruiting.
• Must be willing to work EST hours.
• Strong sourcing and resume review skills.
• Ability to conduct effective screening calls and manage candidate pipelines.
• Will collaborate with two Senior Recruiters for support.
