Team, about the role

Our flagship game GardenScapes is looking for a Promt Engineer/AI trainer to join the team developing innovative AI solutions

Tasks

• Developing and optimizing GPTs and instructions to pre-train ChatGPT and AI agents for specific tasks, including data extraction, role-playing and dialog scenarios.

• Create an environment so that GPTs can be experimented and tested there)

• Test and evaluate the quality of LLM responses for accuracy, completeness, tone conformance, and security.

• Work with RAG mechanisms to interface the assistant with back-end databases.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with large language models (LLM), preferably ChatGPT and other commercial models

• 1+ year experience testing written prompts for performance and robustness to re-generation and input data

• Understand the principles of working with generative model functions (function calling)

• Ability to work with RAG based systems.

• Have experience in designing and optimizing prompt systems for specific business problems.

Preferred

• Have a comprehensive understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI generated content development and have fine-tune modeling skills.

• Knowledge of basic programming or proficiency in Python to stabilize results

• Experience in product teams or Gamedev.

• Experience with APIs

• Knowledge of how to manage, store, analyze data
