Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Tech Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake SQL and Snowflake Work Model. This role is hybrid and requires no travel.
• The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including any issues or risks. Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Utilize Snowflake SQL to analyze data and generate insights that inform project decisions. Implement Snowflake Work Model best practices to optimize project workflows and efficiency.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages team collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in project management with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Have expertise in Snowflake SQL, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Demonstrate proficiency in Snowflake Work Model, optimizing workflows and project efficiency.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Show strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
