Job Summary :

• We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Tech Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake SQL and Snowflake Work Model.
• The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver value to our clients.

• Responsibilities : -
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. - Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. –
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including any issues or risks. –
• Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and best practices. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders. - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. –
• Utilize Snowflake SQL to analyze data and generate insights that inform project decisions. - Implement Snowflake Work Model best practices to optimize project workflows and efficiency. - Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. - Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages team collaboration and innovation. Qualifications - - Possess a strong background in project management with a minimum of 10 years of experience. –
• Have expertise in Snowflake SQL, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. - Demonstrate proficiency in Snowflake Work Model, optimizing workflows and project efficiency. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Show strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure. - Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. –
