Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and generating actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Finance C Corporate Development, this role will focus on leveraging Salesforce data and other sources to drive reporting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis s Reporting:

Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and Excel to deliver actionable insights.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, marketing efficiency, and other critical metrics using
Tableau and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data- driven solutions to support decision-making.
Salesforce s Data Management:
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within Salesforce by conducting regular data audits and cleaning.
- Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of data across all platforms.
- Optimize Salesforce and Tableau data structures to streamline reporting and improve data accuracy.
Data-Driven Decision Support:
- Analyze data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel) to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns, providing actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Assist the Head of Strategic Finance C Corporate Development in making data-driven decisions by formulating conclusions and recommendations based on thorough data analysis.
- Develop and present clear, concise reports and visualizations to inform decision-makers at all levels of the organization.
Forecasting s Strategic Insights:
- Provide accurate forecasting models using Salesforce and Excel to support revenue projections and resource planning.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, optimization, and risk mitigation based on data analysis.
Process Improvement s Automation:
- Continuously improve data processes and workflows within Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation to reduce manual data handling and enhance data accuracy.
- Work closely with infrastructure and Salesforce administrators to implement system and reporting improvements.
Cross Department Collaboration:
- Act as the data analytics liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure business units are aligned on data-related needs.
- Educate and train team members on how to effectively use Tableau, Salesforce, and Excel reports and dashboards for their roles.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and Excel.
- Proven expertise in creating and managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data models in Tableau and Excel.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and Excel, with strong skills in data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations from data analysis to support key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simplified manner for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator or Data Architect certifications.
- Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
- Experience in sales operations, marketing analytics, or finance.
