Job Description

F1 Arcade® is the world's first official Formula 1® social entertainment venue, where high-octane excitement meets exceptional hospitality! Each meticulously designed venue features up to 90 state of the art full motion F1® racing simulators, a world-class food menu and open kitchen, an enormous cocktail and champagne bar, along with private and semi-private event spaces, perfect for all group sizes.

We first opened our doors at St Paul's, London in November 2022, and have further added arcades in Birmingham, as well as in the US in Boston & Washington D.C. Whether you're a racing fan or not, this is a social gaming experience like no other.

We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team at our Home Office in Chicago. This role is hybrid, reporting into our office in River North.

Key Responsibilities Of The Content Marketing Manager

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and drives social growth, revenue and brand visibility.
  • Oversee daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community management and moderation.
  • Source, create, and curate engaging content tailored for each platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and more).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure success, inform future strategies and report back to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize data to optimize content performance, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Own and evolve the brand's voice across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
  • Write compelling ad copy, email campaigns, and other marketing materials that drive action and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to create integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences alongside other departments internally.
  • Flexibility to travel 15-20% for New Venue Openings and other marketing requirements.

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

  • Copywriting skills specifically within ad copy and email marketing.
  • Social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Social Media Insights).
  • Good working knowledge of graphic design, ideally with Adobe products such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
