Job Description

Infogram, an interactive data visualization tool trusted by over 10 million users in 160+ countries, is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help create content that resonates with a professional, business-oriented audience, particularly within the publishing and media industries.

 

As Content Marketing Manager, you will lead and refine our content marketing and social media strategies. You'll collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product, sales, and customer success, working together to craft engaging, B2B-centric content that highlights how Infogram empowers publishers, media outlets, and other business-driven users. This is a key role where you will help shape educational, insightful content that strengthens our position as a trusted partner in the B2B space.

 

If you're passionate about creating content that educates, inspires, and builds lasting connections, and have experience working with B2B content, we’d love to have you on our team! You will report directly to the Infogram Marketing Director and play an essential part in developing and executing a content strategy that appeals to B2B publishers and media companies.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop content that supports our B2B needs. Create a content marketing strategy, including a content calendar with blog posts, case studies, and videos, focusing on the specific challenges and needs of publishers, media companies, and other business-driven users. Aim for impactful, educational content that positions Infogram as a valuable partner for businesses in these industries.
  • Showcase customer success stories within the B2B space. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify and highlight customer success stories from publishers, media companies, and other B2B clients. These stories should demonstrate how Infogram empowers organizations to achieve their goals and overcome industry-specific challenges.
  • Create and execute a B2B-focused social media strategy. Take ownership of Infogram's social media strategy, creating compelling content that resonates with business audiences, particularly those in the publishing and media sectors. Focus on driving engagement and building a community of business followers across LinkedIn, X, and other professional platforms.
  • Measure and optimize content performance. Use analytics to measure the impact of content and adjust strategies as necessary. Regularly report on content performance, offering insights and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve engagement and results within our target market.
  • Maintain content quality and consistency. Review and edit content from other team members to ensure that all content aligns with Infogram's quality standards and maintains a consistent, professional tone, particularly in a business context.


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B audiences (preferably in SaaS industries).
  • A proven track record of growing organic reach and engagement on professional social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Strong writing skills for creating long-form content (blog posts, case studies, articles) that appeals to business-focused audiences.
  • Experience in creating video content tailored for B2B social media platforms, including scripting, production, and editing.
  • Ability to adapt content for a business audience, focusing on problem-solving and industry-specific insights.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience working in SaaS, specifically in B2B content or media/publisher-focused sectors.
  • Have experience using AI tools for content creation, such as content generation or editing platforms.
  • Have a background in SEO and optimizing long-form content for search engines.
  • Have expertise in growing organic reach on social media, particularly within the B2B space.
  • Are comfortable using video editing and design tools to create professional content.
