As the Revenue and Marketing Operations Analyst and HubSpot Admin at Lytho, you will report to our VP of Sales and be responsible for the systems’ configuration and maintenance. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will help them get the most out of HubSpot’s capabilities to support sales and marketing operations and troubleshoot user/system issues as they arise. This dual-role position will be responsible for aligning marketing, sales, and customer success operations to drive efficiency, revenue growth, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot administration, marketing automation, CRM, and pipeline/revenue analytics.
