Role Overview

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager to assess business requirements, evaluate feature value, and document IT processes to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements
• Collaborate with development and product teams to write and groom user stories
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for business processes
• Support testing efforts and ensure smooth implementation of enhancements
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track IT-related initiatives
• Make independent decisions on work methods while aligning with company strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis and process documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Experience in presenting and analyzing complex data
• Six Sigma Certification
• Salesforce experience or Admin certification
