Job Description
LeverageTek is actively seeking an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Developer for a 12-month contract with chance at extension with its Ottawa-based customer.

Key Tasks
- Cleansing the content/records/users in the existing ECM.
- Support and maintain the existing ECM (Documentum) environment.
- Developing a migration strategy in conjunction with a 3rd party consulting company and the new ECM vendor.
- Implement and design a solution architecture.
- Working with other IT departments including IT Security, Networking, Database Management, Application Development, Data Centre management, Software Asset Management and Service Desk.
- Working with the product owner and business representatives, in conjunction with a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), to understand the product/business requirements and to map them to technical functional requirements.
- Configuring the new ECM including cloud to cloud integrations to meet product/business requirements.
- Migrating systems/web applications (and their content/records) that connect to the existing ECM (SAP, EtQ Reliance (QMS), custom web applications).
- Developing, in conjunction with a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), a test strategy for the new ECM.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with OpenText Documentum and/or Content Suite implementations, upgrades, maintenance, administration / monitoring, configuration, integration, and custom development.
- Experience with configuring ECM, including cloud to cloud integrations.
- Experience with Documentum version 16.4 or higher.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary level education in a relevant discipline from a recognized academic institution, preferably in Business or Computer Sciences.
- Experience with Documentum Query Language (DQL).
- Experience with Webtop, Records Client, fme SmartBar.
- Experience with Documentum Content Services for SAP and SAP ArchiveLink.
- Experience with Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC) and Documentum Foundation Services (DFS).
- Experience with Records Management Modules – Records Management Application (RMA), Retention Policy Services (RPS), and Physical Records Services (PRS).
- Experience in modelling and/or utilizing databases, for example, Oracle 18+.
- Understanding of operating systems, networks, programming languages, databases, vendor packages (e.g., SAP), security, architecture and generally accepted IT practices.
- Problem analysis, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English).
Assets
- Experience performing Java and/or Web service development is an asset.
- Experience with configuring Documentum to provide high-availability enterprise content management is an asset.
- Experience using fme Migration Center is an asset.
- Experience using Content Addressed Storage is an asset.
